• Experienced with Hudl Sportscode, understand ins and outs to train customers
• A natural teacher with ability to break down complex concepts and adapt communication style
• Customer-facing experience including training and educating customers
• Goal oriented, motivated by improving customer experience
• Driven with tireless work ethic
• Team player in dynamic environments, flexible with schedules, partner with product teams
