Implementation Discovery Lead- Evive

📋 Description

• Own multiple areas of discovery during implementation, including but not limited to: Evive
• Proactively consult clients on best practices and serve as a subject matter expert on system and
• Research and recommend system enhancements based on client needs; assist Product Managers and
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all scoped services have requirements gathered and
• Manage client expectations by anticipating issues and establishing realistic timelines
• Research, resolve, and respond to client inquiries related to system or process gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3+ years of client relationship, consulting, or implementation experience
• Experience with benefits and implementation processes/methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success developing strong client and broker relationships
• Strong customer service orientation
