Implementation Engineer

📋 Description

• Own technical feasibility assessments and scoping for customer integration requests
• Build custom integrations between Heidi and customer systems (EHRs, identity providers, data
• Design reusable, configurable integration components and maintain shared connector libraries
• Act as technical lead with customer IT, security, and integration teams
• Support customer UAT, run technical go-live, and monitor integrations post-launch
• Review SOWs and discovery notes, manage scope changes, and route defects to Support Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building integrations in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
• Hands-on HL7v2 and FHIR experience
• Experience with REST APIs and authentication (OAuth, SAML/OIDC)
• Production code in Python or TypeScript
• Experience with EHRs such as Epic, Oracle Health, or athenahealth
• Track record of turning one-off builds into reusable components
