Implementation Engineer, AI Voice

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and go-live for Voice AI deployments.
• Lead telephony requirements calls with hotel IT, PBX vendors, and carriers.
• Debug routing and call quality—read SIP logs across trunking, SBCs, and attestation.
• Escalation point for live telephony issues; own resolution post-launch.
• Partner with Product on call flow and escalation for modern AI-based voice.
• Own voice/telephony compliance (E911, STIR/SHAKEN, TCPA) and onboarding docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years on voice/telephony systems (VoIP, SIP trunking, SBCs, PBX like Mitel/Avaya/Cisco).
• Read SIP logs and debug routing and call quality (latency, jitter, attestation).
• Know numbers, carriers, porting; telephony compliance (E911, STIR/SHAKEN, TCPA).
• Ready to partner with Product on AI call flows, not static IVR.
• Customer-facing; lead technical talks with hotels, IT teams, vendors, and carriers.
• Bonus: hospitality systems, CCaaS, or AI voice product experience.
