Implementation Leader

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, across all products and
• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from multiple teams
• Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and as they learn to use the
• Develop a deep understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management
• Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience overall
• 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a management consulting
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally
