Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Take signed merchants through integration end to end, answer API and configuration questions
• Investigate problems end to end: read logs, trace requests across services, reproduce in sandbox
• Diagnose and explain integration failures: failed callbacks, unexpected response codes, signature
• Act as technical point of contact for Account Managers, turn recurring questions into
• Fix bugs in our own services when the root cause is ours, working with the owning engineering team
• Build small features and customisations needed for specific merchant setups, from change through

🎯 Requirements

• You write Java comfortably and can work inside an existing codebase
• You work with an AI coding harness (Claude Code, Codex or similar) daily
• You can follow unfamiliar code to find bugs; Python, Node or other languages are a plus
• Proven debugging ability in running systems: reading logs, following a request across services
• Practical understanding of REST APIs, authentication and signing, webhooks and callbacks
• You write SQL queries to investigate production data
