Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Onboard and integrate Too Good To Go Platform into retailers’ ops.
• Central liaison for implementation with KA, Product, and Sales Eng.
• Coordinate data, integrations, and analytics with Product and CX teams.
• Collaborate with KA and Solution Consultants to upsell modules via MEDDICC.
• Lead project management for module implementations (timelines, setup, tests).
• Develop and deliver customer training to ensure product adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in project/implementation management in SaaS/tech (food retail a plus).
• Proven track record delivering customer implementations on time and within scope.
• Strong organizational skills, multi-project prioritization.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work independently across teams.
• Proficiency with PM tools and Agile/Scrum; Salesforce a plus.
