📋 Description

• Prepare and deliver a full Statement of Work (SOW) for the merchant, including test credentials
• Define and align a Go-Live Timeline, working with the merchant to break down the project into
• Act as the merchant’s main technical point of contact during integration, supporting the technical
• Own and push timelines, ensuring the merchant and internal teams meet project deadlines, and
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to escalate and prioritize integration
• Build internal-facing and merchant-facing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) matrices to align Product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical project management, technical account management, merchant
• Strong technical understanding of payment integrations (APIs, SDKs, payment gateways, fraud
• Exceptional project management skills including timeline creation, stakeholder management, risk
• Client-facing experience, comfortable leading technical conversations with merchant engineering
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to run multiple integration projects simultaneously
• Experience with UAT planning and test case validation
