Implementation Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of simultaneous implementation projects ranging from standard to complex
• Partner cross-functionally with internal clinical, product, and technical teams as needed
• Build and maintain project plans for each implementation
• Manage timelines and dependencies, proactively flag risks, and keep every project on schedule
• Leverage Monday.com, Confluence, and AI tools to organize, prioritize, and automate workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience implementing SaaS or other health tech platforms, ideally with hospitals
• Exposure to EMR integrations and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, etc.) is a plus
• Strong track record of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Proficient with project management platforms such as Monday.com
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate routine tasks, streamline workflows, and make
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing competing demands
