📋 Description

• Onboard 15+ new clients monthly onto our platform.
• Import, organize, and merge client data.
• Be primary contact for onboarding inquiries and requests.
• Manage client expectations and meet tight deadlines.
• Troubleshoot issues via phone and email.
• Advise clients on product usage and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Data analysis and project management exp preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• 3+ years on an implementation team.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to analyze financial data and troubleshoot.
