Implementation Specialist / Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Analyze and document customer business requirements, processes, data needs, use cases, and pain
• Facilitate discovery sessions with customers to understand their workflows and translate business
• Map client processes and develop functional specifications aligned with established software
• Conduct gap analyses to identify differences between customer requirements and standard system

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software configuration, business process analysis, end-user training, or
• Experience identifying, analyzing, defining, and documenting business processes, data, systems
• Strong business analysis, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability
• Knowledge or experience with local government business processes, particularly licensing
• Post-secondary education in technology or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of
• Strong understanding of software implementation principles, including requirements gathering
