📋 Description

• Own customer relationships through implementation (post-sale), collaborating with customers and
• Support operational and product success by onboarding, training, and educating customers on
• Create and set up customer configurations within Bandwidth systems.
• Develop a solid understanding of Bandwidth products and services.
• Identify basic implementation challenges and work with senior team members to develop practical
• Document specific product setup and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of implementation, project coordination, or relevant technical customer-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple standard projects cross-functionally at any given time.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both internally and externally.
• Proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication.
• Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical folks, from on-the-ground ops
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
