📋 Description

• Assist with investigator recruitment via phone scripts and tools.
• Identify study sites through feasibility and recruitment tasks.
• Schedule internal and external meetings as required.
• Prepare Investigator Site Files and coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain site data in the TMF under ICH/GCP guidelines.
• Utilize CTMS to track milestones and study activities.
• Serve as site contact/liaison for study management and issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science/healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and local regulations.
• Travel ability as needed.
