Provide small-group or 1:1 reading/math tutoring to students developing literacy skills
Implement Braintrust Tutors intervention programs as designed, using all materials with fidelity
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance
Collaborate with the Braintrust Tutors Operations team and school staff to support student growth
Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment that promotes focus and confidence

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Active/expired teaching license or at least 5 years of experience working with K-8 students in an
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Comfort collaborating with teachers and staff
Punctuality, professionalism, and reliability for all scheduled sessions
Reliable transportation and/or appropriate technology for instruction
