• Provide employment services and support (including life skills, job readiness, and job search) to

• Assess participant needs and competencies to create individualized education and employment goals
• Develop and strengthen relationships with participants and community members by effectively

• A bachelor's degree in social services or related field; minimum two years working with a targeted
