📋 Description

• Lead and support response to security events across Twilio’s global systems.
• Document incidents and projects; create runbooks and SOPs to share knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of security incident response in a production cloud environment.
• Subject-matter expert on security issues and technologies.
• Ability to use AI for comprehensive, high-fidelity incident detections.
• Advanced knowledge of service-oriented architectures and cloud security tools.
• Experience across a technology stack tackling tough security challenges.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and extending their functionality.
