📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and optimize plant layouts, process layouts, and material flow strategies to
• Conduct cycle time studies, labor analyses, and workforce planning activities to support production
• Analyze production processes and balance manufacturing lines to maximize productivity and eliminate
• Perform ergonomic assessments and safety evaluations, implementing corrective actions to reduce
• Lead and participate in industrial engineering studies, capacity analyses, and continuous
• Support new product launches and process transfers by establishing layouts, process flows, cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or
• Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment; 5+
• Demonstrated experience in time studies, labor planning, cycle time analysis, and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of plant layout design, process optimization, line balancing, and workflow improvement
• Experience performing ergonomic assessments and applying workplace safety principles in
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with the ability to make
