Industrial Engineer - Standard Line Balancing (all gender)

📋 Description

• Lead Standard Line Balancing (SLB) to optimize cycle times and process flows
• Analyze production and assembly processes directly on the shopfloor
• Create and optimize work distribution diagrams (AVD) based on work plans and routings
• Identify bottlenecks, critical paths, and improvement potential along the production line
• Collaborate closely with production, manufacturing engineering, and industrial engineering
• Support the implementation of sustainable process improvements in the production environment

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in Standard Line Balancing (SLB) and in analyzing and optimizing production
• Ideally knowledge of MTM and/or REFA
• Experience with work plans, routings, or work distribution diagrams (AVD)
• Ideally experience from aviation, automotive, or metal industry
• Confident communication in German and English
