🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience spanning social media strategy, strategic planning, and dedicated
• Proven leadership track record, with experience managing multi-level teams (including senior and
• Deep experience managing large-scale, high-volume creator campaigns, with a sharp eye for legal
• Highly confident in external-facing environments, with the charisma and communication skills
• Strong understanding of how influence intersects with paid media amplification, social data
• Bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory, as you will navigate the local Parisian
