• Collaborate with Client Partnerships, Strategy, Creative, and other internal teams to develop and
• Translate brand concepts and campaign briefs into effective casting strategies, considering
• Manage campaigns from initial brainstorming and talent sourcing through external creator
• Develop and present creator-led campaign concepts that support client objectives and demonstrate
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant creators, influencers, talent, and external partners
• Ensure creator content meets established standards for creative excellence, brand relevance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in social media, creative advertising, brand marketing, talent management
• Strong understanding of creators, influencers, talent, social platforms, and cultural trends
• A creative and operational mindset, with strong creative judgment and ability to manage budgets
• Experience translating creative or brand concepts into effective creator casting and campaign
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business value and
• Practical understanding of content production and challenges in creating social-first content
