📋 Description

• Design and build the ElevenLabs influencer program from the ground up: strategy, creator tiers
• Source, vet, and sign creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X whose audiences match our
• Negotiate and structure deals — flat-fee integrations, performance hybrids, long-term
• Write briefs that protect brand quality while giving creators room to be authentic, and give fast
• Plan and execute creator campaigns around product launches, feature releases, and cultural moments
• Own measurement: work with our data team on attribution and incrementality (we already run a halo

🎯 Requirements

• A proven track record of building an influencer program from zero to a meaningful, measurable
• Experience negotiating and closing creator deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and/or X
• Fluency in measurement beyond last-click: promo codes, UTMs, lift studies, incrementality, and the
• Sharp creator taste — you can tell which creators will move the needle for a product like ours and
• Excellent brief-writing and creative feedback skills; you raise content quality without killing
• Experience managing meaningful budgets and working cross-functionally with paid, social, product
