📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT issues, providing responsive and effective
• Support employees with equipment, devices, and other day-to-day technology needs.
• Manage IT-related activities associated with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist with the administration and coordination of IT operations and related logistical services.
• Use common information security tools across Windows and Mac environments to support a secure
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify appropriate solutions, and escalate more complex problems

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field, equivalent professional experience, or a combination of
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience working with common information security tools in Windows and Mac environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a patient and solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage IT-related tasks with attention to detail and reliability.
