Information Security & DevOps Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain the organization’s information security program, including endpoint detection
• Establish security tools, processes, policies, and operational practices that create a defensible
• Stand up and manage the independent Google Cloud infrastructure supporting internally developed
• Own CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, system uptime, backups, and disaster recovery for
• Lead the transition of day-to-day IT support and helpdesk operations in-house, including
• Manage endpoint security baselines and IT networking equipment across company locations.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience across IT operations, information security, DevOps, or related
• Experience serving as a senior or sole technical owner within a small or midsize organization
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, with Google Cloud Platform strongly preferred, including
• Practical experience with security technologies and processes, including EDR/SIEM, MFA/SSO, patch
• Ability to operate security tools directly while also communicating security posture, risks, and
• Experience managing helpdesk, ticketing, and end-user support operations for approximately 400+

• Annual salary of $120,000–$140,000, less applicable payroll deductions and required withholdings.
