Information Security Engineer, DLP & Insider Risk

📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, optimize, and maintain DLP tools (e.g., Mimecast Code42, Slack, Google
• Design and implement technical controls to prevent data leakage across email, browsers, and
• Manage Google Workspace DLP policies and data classification labels.
• Develop and manage a pre-hire insider risk process to identify risk signals in the hiring pipeline.
• Build and maintain a defensive program to address deepfake threats, including detection and
• Collaborate with the Security Awareness team to promote healthy data-sharing practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in information security with focus on data protection, DLP, or insider
• Experience building and operationalizing DLP programs including policy development and tuning
• Working knowledge of GRC principles, data classification frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, SIEM (e.g., Google SecOps), Okta, and email security
• Proficiency with endpoint security tools and email security solutions.
