📋 Description

• Provide first-line support for Deltek Vantagepoint users, triaging and resolving inquiries within
• Monitor Deltek process queues and system performance, identify anomalies, and escalate potential
• Track Deltek releases, system notifications, and support cases, assessing potential operational
• Prepare and validate data import files, support employee setup and status changes, perform weekly
• Extract data from Deltek Vantagepoint and connected systems and produce recurring and ad hoc
• Support integrations by executing defined import activities, validating results, performing point

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on professional experience using Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to create clear technical
• Professional proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to follow established processes
• A genuine interest in ERP operations, financial systems administration, and developing a long-term
• Ability to work effectively within defined processes and recognize when an issue falls outside your
