Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Vice President – Data Centers, ANS

📋 Description

• Develop annual budgets, strategic objectives, and long-term growth priorities for the data center
• Lead business development initiatives and collaborate with leaders across business units, regions
• Build and maintain a broad network of industry contacts, clients, partners, and senior stakeholders
• Lead and develop senior leaders by setting objectives, assigning accountability, and establishing
• Oversee performance management, incentive compensation, and salary recommendations for assigned
• Maintain strategic relationships with major clients through regular executive-level engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or
• At least 5 years in data center industry with MEP and commissioning knowledge
• At least 3 years working with hyperscale data centers exceeding 30MW
• 15+ years of functional knowledge of contracts, construction drawings, estimates, and specifications
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate senior teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project or Primavera
