Infrastructure & Energy Transaction Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead negotiation and documentation of development deals and site leases.
• Structure PPAs, interconnection agreements, and storage contracts.
• Draft and negotiate construction, engineering, and design-build contracts.
• Support project finance elements, tax incentives, and complex leases.
• Align legal risk with engineering, security, and finance teams.
• Oversee outside counsel on regulatory or regional matters.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of legal experience in complex commercial transactions.
• Deep infrastructure expertise in data centers and energy projects.
• Strong energy market literacy, incl. data centers and interconnections.
• Elite communication to bridge engineering needs and legal protections.
• JD from accredited law school and active bar in at least one state.
• Ability to own high-pressure, fast-moving assignments.
