📋 Description

• Guarantee the homologation and monitoring of raw materials
• Guarantee the monitoring of service providers (Pest Control, water testing laboratories, etc.)
• Monitor HACCP revisions (product and process, utilities, Food Defense and Food Fraud)
• Ensure compliance with hygiene instructions across the entire plant in relation to internal audits
• Contribute to the implementation of good hygiene and manufacturing practices across the plant in
• Lead operational quality actions (corrective and preventive actions with action plan follow-up) and

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a Food Engineering School, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar function in
• Must imperatively know and master microbiological, hygiene and food safety issues
• Pragmatism and industrial field sense: rigorous, pragmatic, authoritative, proactive and
• Leadership: natural ability to manage, lead quality initiatives, with sense of responsibility and
• Ability to manage multiple projects or files simultaneously, independently or in a team and
• English proficiency mandatory, especially to conduct on-site audits with clients
