📋 Description

• Own the MOST solution roadmap: discovery, operating model, 240-hour plan
• Architect end-to-end Miro deployments: governance, access, naming, lifecycle
• Lead AI workflow advisory: diagnose inefficiencies and build AI-driven solutions
• Facilitate exec and cross-functional sessions: Agile planning and design thinking
• Drive adoption via change mgmt: align stakeholders, plan comms, phased rollouts
• Track outcomes across the subscription lifecycle; surface risks early

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, change mgmt, Agile transformation, or enterprise PS
• Lead structured discovery with VP-level stakeholders and create a prioritized plan
• Knowledge of collaboration governance: workspace architecture, access, lifecycle
• Fluency in Miro or comparable platforms (Figma, Lucid, Confluence, JIRA)
• Hands-on AI-powered workflow optimization: automation and AI tooling
• Able to simplify complex governance and architecture topics for non-technical audiences
