📋 Description

• Own the MOST accounts roadmap: discovery and 240-hour plan
• Architect end-to-end Miro deployments: governance, access, naming
• Lead AI workflow advisory: diagnose inefficiencies and build AI solutions
• Facilitate exec sessions: Agile planning, design thinking, strategy workshops
• Drive adoption via change management: stakeholder alignment and phased rollouts
• Track outcomes and surface risks across the subscription lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or enterprise PS
• Experience leading structured discovery with VP-level stakeholders
• Working knowledge of collaboration governance at enterprise scale
• Fluency in Miro or comparable platforms (Figma, Lucid, Confluence, JIRA)
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflow optimization in an enterprise
• Able to simplify complex governance for non-technical audiences; cross-functional work
