📋 Description

• Investigate basic and occasionally moderately complex auto insurance claims, including minor to
• Evaluate claims to determine applicable coverage, liability, and damages while applying established
• Conduct recorded statements with claimants, insureds, witnesses, and other involved parties as part
• Negotiate and settle claims in accordance with established practices, guidelines, and applicable
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive claim files, including investigation notes, summaries
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards throughout the full claim

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior claims-handling experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering
• Strong critical-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with careful attention to
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform successfully in a fast-paced
• Comfortable working with technology and learning claims-related software, systems, and tools.
• An adjuster’s license may be required in multiple markets, with all required licenses obtained
