Inside Sales - Channel Account Manager (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Provide Account Management to Sophos partners via phone and email with excellent service
• Profile Sophos partners and grow their business and Sophos mindshare
• Offer knowledgeable advice to Sophos resellers
• Articulate Sophos value proposition to Partners to expand business
• Identify and classify local partners in CRM for targeted communications
• Support channel planning and forecasting for assigned Partners with Territory Account Managers Mid

🎯 Requirements

• First working experience in a sales or customer service environment, ideally IT/Software
• Strong telephone skills
• Previous use of CRM system and Excel
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written in German and English
• Ability to prioritise
• Ability to handle conflicts and escalations
