Research and identify target accounts across Startups, Mid-market, and Enterprise segments
Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, calls, and campaigns to generate qualified leads
Engage with decision-makers such as CTOs, CDOs, Engineering Heads, and Product Leaders
Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities using defined frameworks (ICP, BANT, MEDDICC-lite, etc.)
Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Sales team
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM

🎯 Requirements

3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / BDR roles within IT services or technology companies
Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate technology value propositions (Data, AI, Cloud, Engineering services
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
