Inside Sales Manager (Remote)

📋 Description

• Directly manage and develop Inside Sales team, coaching and feedback
• Lead weekly meetings and coaching cadences to drive performance
• Use funnel metrics and dashboards (Salesforce, Brightmetrics, Chorus) to guide results
• Align team with operational processes and best practices
• Build relationships with school districts, early childhood centers, and partners
• Stay aware of local/state/national needs to inform sales strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Inside Sales or related leadership roles
• Experience selling to or within education environments required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Able to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
