Inside Sales Manager (Remote)

📋 Description

• Directly manage and develop a team of Inside Sales reps.
• Coach, set goals, and drive performance year over year.
• Use Salesforce dashboards, Brightmetrics, and Chorus to track funnel.
• Lead weekly team meetings, training, and performance coaching.
• Build relationships with key customers and district partners.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales, Retail and Professional Development teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Inside Sales or leadership with proven success.
• Experience selling to education environments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
