Inside Sales Manager (Remote)

📋 Description

• Directly manage and develop a team of Inside Sales reps with coaching.
• Drive sales culture and performance against goals in defined territories.
• Develop sales strategies to improve team growth and penetration.
• Use Salesforce dashboards, Brightmetrics, and Chorus to monitor results.
• Build relationships with schools, districts, and community organizations.
• Handle admin tasks: ADP, timecards, calendars.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Inside Sales with leadership history.
• Experience selling to or within education environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
