Inside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Communicate with existing accounts via email, Zoom, and Ironclad about pricing
• Close inbound requests for subscriptions and licenses; upgrade to Enterprise
• Manage inbound billing requests (renewals, payment terms)
• Close targeted outbound account renewals
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
• Partner with Marketing to drive expansion and retention campaigns

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies
