• Assess customers' financial situation and guide them toward Beyond's services
• Sell with consultative scripting and rebuttal techniques
• Educate clients on financial solutions to resolve their debt
• Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency
• Update lead notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
• Ensure all sales transactions comply with standards

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated and highly driven
• Track record of exceeding goals in a fast-paced sales environment
• Sees challenges as opportunities; handles objections as buying questions
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Financial services experience a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
