Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Assess customers' financial situations and guide to Beyond's services
• Use consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
• Educate clients on financial solutions to resolve debt
• Manage personal lead pipeline for efficiency and productivity
• Update lead notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
• Hybrid role: 3 days/week in the Houston office after 30 days

• You are self-motivated and highly driven
• Success in exceeding goals in a fast-paced sales environment
• Sees challenges as opportunities; objections as buying questions
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Financial Services experience is a plus
• Strong written, verbal & oral communication skills
