Inside Sales Representative (Paris, France)

📋 Description

• Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses
• Manage inbound billing requests (such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method)
• Close targeted outbound account renewals
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests
• Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion/retention across all

🎯 Requirements

• Desire to build career in Sales - ultimately working towards Senior Inside Sales Representative and
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn new products, processes, and policies as we go
• Collaboration across multiple teams (such as Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing)
• Inherent curiosity and commitment to ongoing learning, adaptable and comfortable navigating
• Fluent in English and French languages
