Inside Sales Representative, SME & Growth

📋 Description

• End-to-end management of small business leads who want to sign up to our platform
• Contacting customer leads, collecting key information, and closing the sale
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimise workflow, onboarding of new clients, compliance, and
• Articulate Airwallex's value proposition and learn about products and customer pain points
• Develop relationships with prospects through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability
• Update activity and contact information within the CRM system and support reporting efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years' track record of success in sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interest in technology and/or financial services
• Self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Start-up & fintech experience preferred (preferred qualification)
