📋 Description

• Support lead management with CRM administration
• Serve as technical liaison for surface analysis requests
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored surface analytical
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, including statements of work
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Support the sales team by maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to revenue

🎯 Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related
• Materials Characterization experience in semiconductor industry, especially surface analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient listener with strong analytical and judgment capabilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
