📋 Description

• Engage with prospective customers to educate them about residential solar and guide them through
• Assess customer needs and recommend solar programs and solutions aligned with their individual
• Use technology and available tools to prepare, present, and review solar proposals with prospective
• Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales and installation process, maintaining
• Collaborate with internal teams and external installation partners to support a seamless customer
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of residential solar sales experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills, with the ability to understand
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and simply to homeowners.
• Positive, energetic approach with strong listening, written, reading, and verbal communication
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment while contributing toward shared
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
