Inspector - Evening Shift (Part Time)

📋 Description

• Inspect site to verify work per contract docs, specs, codes.
• Monitor progress, document field conditions, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review materials, installs, and testing per safety regs.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of construction inspection experience.
• Clear, concise written and oral communication.
• Knowledge of NYC DOB/OSHA codes and regulations.
• Experience with NYC public agencies preferred.
• Associate's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
