Review resumes and identify potential installation team candidates.
Assist with organizing the onboarding process for new team members.
Handle installer callouts and communicate staffing changes to the appropriate personnel.
Monitor installer attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and compliance with company
Monitor the cleanliness and overall appearance of company vans, both inside and outside.
Ensure installers wear required company uniforms and maintain a professional appearance.

Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use company software, GPS tracking systems and
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to hold team members accountable professionally.
Comfortable reviewing performance data, tracking numbers, and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work collaboratively with the Installation Manager, installers, and other departments.
