Installation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Inspect job sites to ensure that installations are being completed according to Company standards
• Use Company-provided assessment tools to assess Installers and make recommendations on ways they
• Provide new hire training as well as ongoing training.
• Oversee daily job status checklists and daily updates, making sure Installers are providing
• Provide job coverage as a floater when installers call off and responsible for jobs assigned by the
• Provide instructions to installers on job sites regarding safety and respect of customer property.

🎯 Requirements

• Master level experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Must have demonstrated experience in both ability and quality for Custom Cabinetry Installations.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have full mobility to showcase installation and production
• Must have sight, speech, and hearing adequate for a woodworking environment.
• Some travel may be required.
