Installation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Inspect job sites to ensure installations meet Company standards and installers deliver outstanding
• Use Company-provided assessment tools to assess Installers and recommend improvements.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training.
• Oversee daily job status checklists and updates, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide job coverage as a floater when installers call off and handle assigned jobs.
• Provide instructions to installers on safety and respect of customer property.

🎯 Requirements

• Master level experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Demonstrated experience in custom cabinetry installations (ability and quality)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and full mobility for installation and production techniques
• Sight, speech, and hearing adequate for a woodworking environment
• Some travel may be required
