Institutional Product Solutions Senior Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead operational readiness and ongoing support for institutional products, ensuring processes
• Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to support product launches, enhancements
• Work closely with Business Development teams to support institutional client pitches, product
• Translate product capabilities into clear client-facing value propositions, pitch materials, FAQs
• Support institutional sales discussions by explaining workflows, product features, operational
• Coordinate across Product, BD, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Client Services to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, product enablement, institutional business support
• Strong understanding of institutional clients and their needs across trading, financing, yield
• Experience supporting or participating in institutional client pitches, commercial discussions, or
• Ability to communicate product value propositions clearly to both internal and external
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills with experience working across Product, BD/Sales
• Proven ability to manage product readiness, operational processes, documentation, and stakeholder
