📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging learning experiences including e-learning modules, instructor-led
• Manage learning content from concept through development, review, launch, and continuous
• Create learning journeys, course outlines, storyboards, scripts, activities, simulations, and
• Use innovation and AI tools to accelerate research, content development, storyboarding, visual
• Design learning experiences for U.S. audiences with strong attention to language, context
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Marketing, Technology, and other teams to develop training

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional experience in instructional design, learning, or training content
• Prior experience developing learning content for U.S. audiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, learning
• Experience developing learning materials and activities.
• Proficiency with modern instructional design tools and technologies.
• Ability to use AI thoughtfully to accelerate content creation while maintaining accuracy, quality
