Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging, scalable learning content — including eLearning modules
• Partner with sales leaders, product, and other SMEs to conduct needs analyses and translate complex
• Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to ensure
• Build and maintain curriculum in the LMS, ensuring content is current, accessible, and
• Collaborate with the broader Sales Enablement team to align learning to sales plays, product

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a sales enablement, revenue
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360/Rise, Adobe Captivate) and video
• Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g. Workramp, Highspot, Salesforce, Seismic)
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can make complex topics accessible and
